Fear
Trust in God
Fear came knocking on my door today.
I asked Faith to answer because he knew what to say.
Fear said he brought friends, and they wanted to play.
Unbelief wanted to come.
He explained not believing in what God wanted would be fun.
Temptation was the other friend.
He said being tempted is not a sin.
All they wanted were to be welcomed in.
Then, some wicked habits and drugs wanted to come too.
Faith, please help me to know what I need to do.
Then panic spoke, saying how much he wished to come.
All they could talk about was having fun.
Faith told them to leave.
With their presence here, God would not be pleased.
When fear came knocking on my door today,
Faith let them know they were not welcome and they could not stay.
A THOUGHT TO REFLECT ON
Giants in our lives need to be confronted by Faith.
Father, I pray that those who trust You will not experience going without. Psalm 34:4-11

May 24, 2024 at 1:32 pmI love what you’ve written Sister Stella!
I am in agreement with you! You reminded me of this hero from Scripture: Faith in The Almighty LORD, The Most High God, The One Who Is Ruler Over Everything…is what gave young David (who was destined to grow up & become king of the nation of Israel someday), the guts to stand up against a superior force (the giant Goliath), and win!! God Gave David a Strength that was Far Beyond his own capabilities to achieve this Great Victory…this is the type of outcome that we should expect when we honor God by walking in faith!! HALLELUJAH! ✝️❤
