God’s Love
What is your value, if someone should ask?
Would it be the achievements you have made?
Would it be your mind, your body, or your intellect?
Some things might be considered of value, and there are more than you may think to select.
Is there more to you that others would suspect?
Would it be your personality or the clothes you wear?
Would this make someone value you with care?
Do you have the value that someone would love you for you?
It would not matter who you are, what you have done, or what you will do.
Who would love you with love that would be authentically true?
It is how God loves you.
He sent to you Jesus Christ, His Son.
He died for you as if you were the only one.
The only one who needed salvation to save you from sin.
Jesus died on the cross for you as an amazing, loving, faithful Friend.
His death on the cross is how love for you should be measured.
Because, to God, this is how you are deeply treasured.
God loves you.
