Christ/Savior
Jesus finished the work God gave Him to do.
It glorified the Father, and the Father glorified Him too.
This was all done to save man from sin.
It was to clean the sinner’s heart, and it allowed God’s love to come in.
This has made Jesus become the sinner’s Friend.
The crucifixion, the work of the cross, was the sacrifice of the Lamb,
Since He loved me just as I am.
Thank You, Father God, for sending Your Son, Jesus, to die for me.
Thank You, Jesus, for what You did on the cross at Calvary.
A THOUGHT TO REFLECT ON
Jesus died so that you and I might live eternally.

April 7, 2023 at 6:42 pmBeautiful poem on this Good Friday, Sister Stella! Thanks for sharing it with me and the whole world! It prompts me to think of how difficult it can be to stay on track, especially when the road ahead is hot, dusty, sometimes treacherous, and seems to take much longer than I expected. But then Jesus does the unexpected and “Prepares a table before me in the presence of mine enemies!” He Communes with me, in the most difficult moments, and Brings Refreshment to my soul, which Gives me Strength to carry on and to finish my assignment! He Always Sees me Through! Praise The LORD!
